So my cousin bought a Panamera, and put 22 on it. He thought he would be able to get some links and lower it, but it doesn't seem the car has the right options. Am I wrong, and what does he need to do to get this car back down to earth ?

Does his car have air suspension? If not, your 2 choices of lowering is to swap the springs or a full coilover/airsus setup.

 

H&R springs are the way to go.
