So it sounds like you just kept slowly backing down the boost until the PDK tranny stopped going into limp mode. Is that right? If so, what boost level are you at with those aftermarket turbos?

FVD limited it to 1.1-1.2 bar maximum. They also told me that my turbos are capable of 1200NM+ if i didn't have issues with the clutches slippage.

Sorry to hear. My stock 4.8 turbos are running 16.8 psi of boost, which is 1.15 bar (maxed out). The good news is that you may be able to dial them back up if there is a PDK upgrade in the future.

Hello, did you solve the problem?
I have panamera 971 Turbo - clutch was slipping on even gears (2 and 4 mostly) on second clutch 2.... Gears 1,3,5 no slippin ( also 6 and 8 ).
Replaced PDK, flywheel, solenoids in hydraulic module/mechatronic - nothing changed!
Of course new oil, filter and full PIWIS calibration after part replacement - shift rods, hydraulic, Pdk calibration 100% successful.

I think it's a module problem. Have you DTC codes ?

I don't think the PDK module is damaged (it's under the steering wheel). I flashed it and updated the software without any problems. the slippage was getting worse and worse, it wasn't like it suddenly started slipping, it was just that the symptoms got worse day by day. unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the error code - but the message "gearbox failure" appeared, the car would shift into Neutral and only after turning the engine off and on could Drive be selected. I remember that the error was about too high a temperature on clutch number 2 from the even gears - which is logical, the temperature increases when the clutch is slipping.

The causes for this code may include:
Bad CPPS sensor
Worn clutch disc and/or pressure plate
Defective input or output speed sensor
Shorted wiring for input speed/output speed sensors
Faulty PCM or a programming error

With piwis you need to control input or output speed sensor but i think is not the problem
Have you particular smell ?
The first problem with this code is a bad CPPS sensor. Speed sensor have other codes, if you don't have other code, control "CPPS".
P081E00 is not a code PDK.
