Exclamation Please help -need opinions fast

Hello - I apologize in advance if this is long but I have serious issues with my 2011 Panamera 4 (bought new and now has approx. 22,000 miles on it)

Took delivery Oct 2010.

Started having PDK issues almost from start and has been ongoing back and forth to dealer to the present.

Sept 2011 Internal failure of PCM unit. PCM had to be replaced. Service done no big deal.

A month later every time I filled up with gas the check engine light would go on. Back and forth to dealer approx. 3x finally fixed - nothing wrong with engine.

May 2013 is when real problems began. Check engine light goes on. Bring to dealer. Vacuum pumped leaked and oil saturated the intake manifold. In shop for a week.

July 2013 check engine light goes on - o2 sensor had to be replaced - in shop again for a week

March 2014 check coolant light goes on after driving for approx. 7 min. Smoke starts coming out of hood. Towed to dealer. Connection for holding tube in coolant regulator housing failure. Replaced several o rings, R &I fuel rail and engine coolant thermostat. In shop for a week. Test drove my car for 2 days before returning to me ( actually dealer had brought another customers car to my home by mistake and they didn't realize their mistake for 3 hours this past Friday - another story, wished I had kept that car lol) and again assuring me car was "perfect - everything fixed".
Went out of town for the weekend so I didn't drive it until yesterday. Drove car to supermarket Monday morning (approx. 10 min away). Driving home, 5 min into the drive again check coolant light goes on and car starts to overheat yet again. Now they say I have a bad water pump and something with the catalytic converter. They are waiting for parts. I am out of my mind. Now dealing directly with PNA. They are sending a field technician to view my car but he cant get to dealership till either today or Monday.
Please give opinions - do I have a lemon?? A lawyer says I have a case but would rather have PNA do the right thing

PNA will do the right thing but process takes a little while. Field tech will look at car, attempt to fix properly and then submit report to PNA. Based in that report along with all other records related to VIN, they will make a decision on how best to proceed with you. Based on your issues, I'd imagine PNA will do the right thing, whatever that is. Let us know how it turns out

Write the chairman of PCNA a letter with your complaint and request - I did that with my 2010 4S and they could not have been more helpful.

Warranty

You don't want that vehicle once the warranty has expired, IMHO
Hope you find an agreeable resolution

I had a similar experience w/a BMW M5. Spoke to country manager and they agree to replace the car w/a M6. Give it a shot.

Question

Update -- It has now been over a week since the PCNA field rep has inspected my car. His report was filed and I no word from PCNA and I still have my dealerships loaner. My dealership still hasn't heard from PCNA. I just called PCNA and the rep there (no names yet - still trying to work this out without a lawyer, but now getting beyond annoyed) said "I need to look at his report" and I'll get back to you. Sorry we've been really busy here and I've had a cold" - seriously the exact conversation. Am I being seriously taken advantage of? Should I stop playing nice and just go ahead with the lawyer route?
