supercup is infamous around these parts
ZZinger,

You should have no problem getting 5% off MSRP - there is about 13-14% total mark up in the car depending on the level of options. But you never know each dealer is different and if they only have 1 then they may hold out. Here in S. Cal you would find a number willing to sell to you with 5%-8% discount.

I would consider Burnmiester a must if you like to listen to music a lot, it is an awesome set up. I also think lane change assist is a nice feature, just a heads up for the blind spot.

Good luck finding the perfect GTS for you.

The Bose in the Cayenne doesn't sound as good to me as the Bose in the GTS, which is really quite good. Not the Burmeister for sure. If you really love good stereo sound, the Burmeister is the best OEM auto system you can buy. However, I have to say that a car, and especially the GTS isn't the best place to listen to really high quality sound.

Here's what I did. I added the $5K I saved with the GTS Bose and added that to what I spent on my in-home system.

I did the same....In the GTS, a) I only use the system in the morning on way to work, and it really sounds great. On way home, I'm banging gears and listening to the motor...what stereo?

Save the burmeister for when you buy a boring Rolls Royce....the BOSE is quite good.

Thank you for the info, very helpful. My guess is the GTS's are not as easy to get deep discounts as say a base Panamera or S model. You better believe I will shoot for 8% off a GTS as a start though . Its winter time where the car is and its nearing the end of the month so we shall see….
