When you twist the key/start the car and later stop the car, the steering wheel column automatically goes up and down so you can enter and leave the seat easier.

Unfortunately, now I am starting to hear a loud rubbing noise coming from the steering wheel whenever it moves. Has anyone else experienced this problem and had a dealer look at it? Curious if this is common.
