Absolutely, though you probably want new valve stems if you do that.
A TPMS sensor consists of a couple of parts: the winged sensor contains the electronics, and the valve stem which screws into it (parts C-F in this diagram).
The issue is that removing the stems damages them, so you want new ones when changing wheels.

They're a common, universal part. Any tire store should sell them.
If you want to buy them yourself, places like J.C. Whitney carry them.

Its better for me to contact the agency where I am buying the wheels and the tires and ask them to put new tps

Are you sure TPMS sensors are universal? Factory wheel packages from Porsche have 2 versions for the same wheel/tire depending for pre or post face lifted Panamera. The version for the current Panamera has TPMS II which I assume is different from TPMS I for the previous Panamera.
