Silver exterior with cognac interior?
I think you should get what you want/love.
I will tell you this from someone who used to dabble in the car business...that color interior is not desirable by many and is much harder to sell used as there are fewer individuals that want a cognac interior than black or tan which move much better.
I tell you this, because it may effect your resale/trade in value down the road. This may not even matter to you, but thought I would mention it.

Thanks for the input, and I completely agree about the resale. I did consider that aspect, and since I plan to keep this car for quite some time I'm not so concerned with it. ...which also allowed me to buy new and getting exactly what I want while still taking the new-car depreciation hit.
Tan?

IMO Cognac is a tan with a hint of red/brown. Our PSeH is Cognac/Cedar, which combines that color with a tan which is even lighter than the ubiquitous Luxor Beige.
Marsala is the brown with the red hue, and obviously Saddle is the "pure"brown.

My white 997 has cocoa interior and I love it. I had a white Panny with luxor beige interior and it was more difficult to keep looking clean than I liked. My current Panamera has GT silver exterior and Expresso interior (close to cocoa) and this could be the best looking combo yet! I don't know how much wear and dirt the cognac would show.
Here is mine with hi res photos from where I bought it, Gt Silver with cognac it's a turbo not a Gts. Regarding the Gt Silver I had a Nissan Gtr in super Silver and that is tough to match, Gt Silver is not of that caliber regarding complexity to match. I love the combo!
