Are pre-2014 sport adaptive seats different than 2014+?

A few months ago I did a side-by-side comparison of the 14-way comfort seats and the 18-way sport adaptive seats both in new MY2014 vehicles. The comfort seats did on fact feel a bit more cushy and a little less snug, but I didn't notice a big difference and would have been happy with either. Then I sat in a used 2013 GTS with adaptive seats and I could not get the side bolsters to widen sufficiently for me to be comfortable. I'm a big guy: 6'4" and a waist size of 48".

Other than adding the ventilation option to the adaptive seats did Porsche adjust their dimensions at all? I feel like in the 2014s the bladders in the side bolsters delaflated more. Or maybe the bolsters are angled a bit wider?

Of course there have been no GTSs for sale in my area for almost 3 months now in any year so I can't go check this out myself.
