Help!! Plenum install

I'm stuck trying to figure out how to detach the 2 connections from the stock plenum not sure how they come off. 1 pulls off easily and the other is firmly attached.

Here is a picture of what I'm looking at. After I get them off which attaches to the ipd plenum and which gets plugged

Please help me get my baby running again

B

Be careful. I did this and applied a little too much force and it broke.
After it snapped off, i still could not get that piece out of the red area.

Talk about frustrating...

I eventually got it, though I did not break it as bad as blazin did I did a little damage to mine but it still went securely onto the new plenum and so far no issues but I will definitely monitor it and if it becomes an issue order a new one to put on.

I saw the vividracing picture when i was installing mine but I could not for the life of me get that thing off easily heh.

Its from vivid racing article. It looks like you should have squeezed both ends of the plug
Interesting...
Even with the pic and limited description, i'm not sure what i would have squeezed (both ends of the plug??). I'm also struggling with how it would have helped.

It truly felt like it was cement like stuck...
