Panamera 20" wheels are 11" wide in back. The wheels are actually 279mm wide. The standard tire is 295mm wide, but the wheels will probably fit 270mm-300mm width tires without difficulty.
For precisely how much leeway you have, you should talk to a tire expert. I expect that with lower-profile tires, there is a narrower range, because you're bending the sidewall in or out, and lower profile tires have shorter, stiffer sidewalls. 3% narrower than stock is almost certainly within that range, though.

What size is your winter tires? I am planning to put winter on 20' turbo 2 wheels but couldn't find sotto zeros for it on tire rack. I called dealer and they told me they can put on 285 tires the rear 295 rims but thats maybe because they want to get my business. What did you do with yours?
