14 Panamera GTS vs 14 M6 Gran Coupe

Hi guys,
Since July, I have sold my 10 panamera 4s and moved on to 14 M6 Gran Coupe w/ comp. package.
I currently have an opportunity to get into 14 panamera GTS and wanted some feed back on the GTS. I have not had the chance to drive the GTS but main reason i am considering this trade is because of the performance of M6 in the snow and rain. I know M6 performance specs are closer to the turbo but I am only considering GTS at this time. Thanks for your input.

Although this wont be an apples to apples comparison... Before I purchased my 12' P4S I had a 650i Coupe.. To me the Porsche is just a better car. Now the M6 is a different beast but I think in the grand scheme of things the GTS would be a better overall car than the M6.. Just my opinion it is based solely on my taste.. Either way you will have a great vehicle..

As a former M6 driver I would not hesitate and select the GTS over the M6 GC. The M6 is a wonderful car and I have no regrets or complaints; but the Pana GTS ranks it in my opinion.

with full-time 4 wheel drive, our '15 GTS is a great performer in the rain and, with winter tires (running pirelli sottozeros), does admirably in Denver's snow. Also a huge fan of the immediacy of power delivery with its n/a v8 --

I recently test drove both extensively, and for many reasons ended up purchasing a '14 P GTS. (My 3rd Panamera)
The build quality and materials are just so much better in the Panamera, and the drive is much more engaging.
Also if you need space for a long family road trip, there is much more trunk space and legroom in the Panamera.

And there are fewer on the roads, which is usually a good thing

There is no doubt the M6 GC has an amazing engine and incredible straight line speed. I think it is the best M car BMW makes. But is is just not a Porsche;
Before switching to Porsche, I had 7 BMW's in 9 years and really loved them all.

But there is something significantly more special and rewarding about driving a Porsche.
Imho

Thanks guys. You guys do make a valid point about the way M6 performs in a straight line drive. I enjoyed having my 4S and if I didn't I would not be here reading what you guys have to say about it. Only thing is that I have not driven the GPS and this particular one that I am looking at is not equipped "too" well but looks to be a good deal. Been watching it for past month, while having my M6 in the garage.

I really like the M6, the heads up display was sweet. The sunroof was awesome, until I realized it didn't retract.

So glad that it didn't because I ended up with a PTT. It's my first porsche but not my last, these cars are amazing

It took me a while to get used to driving M6GC, it is a very different style of ride even compared to my old 4S.
