22t installed

also did upgrade with ARD to 22t turbines (cold side); hot side doesn't have upgrade though. at the moment we are trying to get maximum boost, but it seems that transmission doesn't allow to do so

No , 950-980Nm is your limit , so your tuner have to play with timing.
For example fvd 20T borg wanner spools faster than oem , so if you see the dyno at 2000rpm the torque comes hard and is supposed to go up to 1250Nm but , timing is slowed down directly there in order not to let the torque past 950Nm along the midrange.
Gemballa dyno is totally different for example , I think their turbo spools slower allowing more boost and less agresive torque in midrange.

Hey Cayenne, of course; still under the process of tuing the soft
yes we changed the angle of ignition to lift up the boost; didn't help

ps got problem in finding the intercoolers

You dont need them ! Downpipe and upgrated turbos is all I would suggest to go . Everything else is just for beauty and to help spool.

Anyway you can buy intercoolers from gemballa

Also what did you do to your turbo wastegate spring ? I think you have to change the spring rate . On factory rate they will hit 1.2bar at midrange for a split of a second , not more

Good morning my way guys. I built custom intercooler way back when. About double the size of factory. Upgraded down pipes and exhaust diverted valves. Went with 22t since we already did the 20t last go round. On the hot side we did change the wheel. Something ard figured out and did so don't want the cat out of the bag for him but will help spool alot. Once we get to tuning the monster he will figure out how to tame the tq in mid like pc said. I also ordered the gt3 throttle body per pc so excited to get it on and see what differences it makes vs stock one as well. Going to redo the ic piping later on to match the bigger tb and help flow better this winter prob. Doing a few other things to help with Trans cooling Etc. With a tune we believe we can over write the safety features that Porsche has for Trans to go into limp mode. Of course the factory would be alittle conservative I believe so I think with keeping Trans Temps down we can tweak that. Of course we will see when time comes

Good morning, thank you for your reply!
Very strange because my boost is barely going til 1 bar; my tuner cannot go more than 1 bar. At the moment we are trying to tighten the wastegate (by shortening the rod) with 1 full revolutions, then we will see. Special thank you to Robert ARD; very good service always helpful and responsive!

Maybe adding a boost controller between the waste gate manual one will help I believe
