Ceramic rotor runout??

I bought a new 2014 PTT in December of 2014. It has PCCB option. From day 1 i felt brake judder/run out when braking at high speed. You can actually see the steering wheel shimmy back and forth. I have done 20 HPDE days in 4 different vehicles (never the Panamera) and know what brake run out feels like. My dilemma is that I have had the car to two local Porsche dealers (I live in Indiana but bought the car in Florida) and neither has acknowledged any problem. I have almost 12,000 miles on the car now and am worried about this problem never being resolved. At $8k +, these brakes should not do this. So my questions are 1) has anyone else had PCCB's that have had runout or judder? and 2) what course of action should I take with Porsche to get them to address and fix? Unfortunately I have little leverage with these local dealers as I did not buy from them. Thanks for any help.

HansGT2 will become famous soon enough
Never had that problem on my 997 GT2. What I didn't like about the brakes in the long run was uneven pad wear (wore at a higher rate away from the wear sensors), which required frequent pad thickness checking.
