Thanks 2thfxr!

I'm having trouble getting service records... any suggestions? The dealer selling the car is an independent dealer... they don't have the maintenance book from the previous owner and have been tough to deal with (i.e. they are reluctant to contact the previous owner and figure out 1) if he has records or 2) if he can even tell them where the car was serviced).

Any thoughts on how to deal with this?

Get the VIN # and do a search on Porscheusa.com and get a Carfax on this car and go to a Porsche dealer with the Vin and ask for them to search. THey should do it for you as you are a potential customer.
