I have a 2014 Panamera, i noticed the air conditioning is only working on the drivers side. All other functions work ok, if i turn the heating fully up and put it to either side then it works ok, if i close the drivers side vents and have the air conditioning going straight to the passenger side then the air is not cold. A friend of mine has a Snap on scan tool, he plugged in and could not see any issues, no code faults, he believes the issue is the blend flaps which apparently blend the air/cool air to the correct temperature. Has anybody else had this issue, i believe to get to the blend flaps the whole console needs to come off so not straight forward. The scan tool did show the air con pressure as 7.7 which is says is on the lower end, i will get it charged up tomorrow but pretty sure it is not related to the air con being quite low.

 

A charge should eliminate this issue. Had the same problem with a cayenne and when the system is low; it will divert AC to drivers side.

 

I got the system recharged today (apparently was around half what it should be) and issue is now sorted out, echristie, you are obviously correct, somehow the system only feeds the drivers side when low, Thanks.
