Does TECHART tune void factory warranty?

Hi guys, I’m trying to find out exactly as to whether getting a performance tune done on my 971 turbo by TECHART voids the original factory engine warranty?

I seem to be getting misleading information from all over. According to my dealer sale contact the bumper to bumper warranty remains intacted but engine warranty will be voided? Then I’ve called Porsche Canada and they’ve told me the warranty is does not get voided I just don’t know who to take seriously or who actually truly looked into it before giving me their answer. Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

If dealer can show the modification broke the part you are trying to get warranted, then void the warranty for that fix. If the mod has nothing to do with the broken part, then warranty is still good for that repair.
Google Magnuson Moss Act.

So a tune can void engine, transmission possibly, maybe something in the driveline etc. but not your window regulator (for example).
