Panamera options code explanation

My build sheet has the following code, which I cannot decipher. Anyone can help? Thanks.

440 - Antenna diversity (my car has the little square stub in back of roof)...what other choices were there?
664 - Orvr (have no clue what this comment means)

Also, does the option below mean my PCM can take Sim card?
619 - Mobile phone preparation (BLUETOOTH) without console

Appreciate the help.

12PTTSGrey is infamous around these parts
440 on mine indicates "Windscreen antenna"
619 is simply part of the Porsche communication package. The Bluetooth module for phone integration.

Info from Panamera AfterSales Training Booklet on the Radio Antenna(s):
.
An FM double tuner with integrated RDS is installed as well as the latest generation of the Antenna Phase Diversity function. This multi-antenna system allows optimized reception, whereby the two available antenna signals are either combined or evaluated separately, depending on the situation. The CDR-31 system calculates the optimal phase combination of the two signals for each reception situation in order to ensure maximum reception performance of the system. The antenna system for CDR-31 includes two FM antennas and one AM antenna. All the antennas are located in the rear window of the Panamera.

The CDR-31 is the Audio System designation.
