Coolant issue

Hi all could use some advice. Bought a CPO 2015 panamaera with 42k miles. Recently low coolant warning came on then got engine overheating warning. Towed car to local porsche dealer. Dealer found no leaks, performed pressure test. Topped off coolant. Picked up car and next and low coolant warning again. car at dealer now for 14 plus days with no diagnosis. They are trying to find out where coolant going per service. Not sure what to do next.

My guess would be coolant tubes at top of engine, known problem. Tell them to take off the intake and look for coolant and/or pull on the tubes.

good thing it’s CPO

Yep, that's what I would think too...

I think the coolant tubes up top are glued in from factory and think they can work their way loose so could be a cause for a leak? Are you seeing fluid pool on the ground?

I know they preformed a pressure test which should have found a faulty drain plug as the fault, but my issue was only half the plug itself sheared off. Actually the threaded portion was still inside the radiator drain port, while the head of the plastic "bolt" was in my hand. But leading up to the head falling out, I was getting coolant messages and no noticeable leaks... Until the head fell out.
