Hey everyone,

I just felt that I need to mention I have been receiving the best customer service I have ever received while owning a car... ever.

This particular dealer is just incredible. They have gone above and beyond to help me with certain issues, inspecting the car nose to tail, verifying VIN for registration, teaching me about little intricacies, fitting me in to repair a freeway issue which caused the underbody protector to peel away (a punk threw something out of their car and it caught the underside shearing 2 bolts and pulling the underbody down!), driving almost 50 miles each way to my location at one time to resolve something that they forgot to do in the shop, taking care of the AH08 recall in super fast time, setting me up with a free loaner car, etc. The guys (Trace and Ethan) at Prestige Imports in Lakewood, Colorado are just superstars and I needed to find somewhere to shout about their customer service. It's worth mentioning that all of this was done for zero charge. All I have paid them for so far is an oil change - this is a true definition of going above and beyond.

Makes me proud to own a Porsche and be part of this group of people.

I've worked w/ both of these guys at Prestige and agree they do great work and take excellent care of the customer. I should go back when I have time to have them walk me thru some of the features in my car - I think there's still a lot that I'm unaware of.
