Dealer with Best Customer Service in Los Angeles

12k miles in 5 months and now its time for my first scheduled service. I'm close to Mckenna in Norwalk but I'll never go back there. Went in with a split hose and left driving a Ford Cobalt for 20 days after they destroyed and replaced both turbos.

Anyone had good experience with Beverly Hills, Downtown, or Circle? Any other recommendations? Who gives out Porsche loaner cars (not cheap econoboxes)?

Thanks for the help.

Beverly Hills doesn't give out Porsche loaner anymore. they use Enterprise or Midway. Midway has some nice rental cars cuz we use them as well. hack u want a F430 Spider or Bentley CGT loaner? might cost u some dough though.

check with Pacific. last time they still offer loaner. not sure after a Boxster blew a tranny i heard... their service is not bad consider they're not as busy.

I've never heard of a Ford Cobalt before. You must mean Chevy Cobalt. And I find it hard to believe that a dealership would make such a big mistake like that.

I dont know about Pacific man, they made me wait for 30 minutes and the only lady that was working in the service department didnt know what she was talking about. Told me to come back in a week and make an appt, felt like a waste of time IMO.

They do offer loaners but dont know what kind since I cancelled my appt. Drove to Newport and took care of me on the spot and fixed the problem with a car wash in 15 min.

Ya. Might have been a Chevy Cobalt or a Dodge Cobalt or Proton Cobalt. Whatever it was, it was a <$18k car loaner for a >$130K car. Merc and BMW give out $30k C class/3 series for any of their cars...

Beverly Hills has good service, just never buy from them-way overpriced. It's true they sold there porsche loaners but they are buying a whole new batch of porsche loaners in november so I will continue my service at Bev-Hills.
