Help w/ Removing Upper Control Arm Bushing

Hey Guys, I picked up a set of the Siberian Polyurethane upper front control arm bushings however, Ive been having a hard time getting it off due to its weird size. I tried the tool rental stuff already, HArbor freight... Any easy tips or experience with this?

Assume you have arm out of the car and need help pressing out the bushing.
Need press and press kit to fit around perimeter of bushing, on metal, so you can press out the rubber and put in the new one.
Havent done this but I saw video of someone doing. Have no idea where, it was while ago, but all these are similar. Your press kit should have steel rings to put on perimeter of bushing, to press out/in.
