Performance parts?

Hey everyone,

Just curious about performance parts and changing things out. Got squeaks and creaks from the front end, so am planning on switching out all bushes as peoplr have been advised to do on 55-60k mileage cars. So, I am wondering about things I used to change out on other track cars, if there is a benefit over and above OEM and where/what people buy when switching out things like:

Bushings
Sway bars
Control arms
TREs

etc. For example, is it worth moving to poly bushings etc? Are there any manufacturers that people have used for poly bushes? Do they help/hinder creaks and/or stability performance?

Aaaaand, go...

I read up on quite a few threads that if you change some key bushings upfront then that gets rid of most squeaks and creaks. I wonder if there are places that do poly bushes for the Panamera though, and if so - are they any better than porsche engineered ones, etc?

Just got off with my local race build company (3R Racing) and they mentioned that going to poly bushings actually increase creaks/squeaks without much, if any, performance increase. Turbo S parts are usually engineered the best for that stuff.

Most of the creaks come from the sway bar which is very unique in itself so replacing the bushings on that can usually resolve most issues.

One of the biggest benefits with the Panamera on the track can actually be gained from toeing-out the wheels to more of an aggressive GT3 type alignment as the existing one is very conservative. Apparently this wakes the car up a lot Glad I found a good race/track builder that knows their stuff! I will be dropping by to see them soon to go through a game plan for the car... exciting stuff ahead!
