Rear break lights. Stained....?

Please review the photo.
i have been dragging this small issue of the rear lights are showing water stains or so.
Any idea?

Looks like the seal has been violated and there's moisture inside the housing - what year and does the car sit outside?

It is a 2014 and yes car stays outside.
It started 2 years ago and under warranty.

If it were mine, I'd take it into the dealer and ask them to replace them. Seems like a premature failure - good luck!
