Wow...so it ended up not being the throttle body?

I have a 2014 Porsche Panamera 4S when driving my car for a week or less, the reduced power possible drive on lights pops on and car shuts off immediately. I restart and warning goes away. I recently had engine replaced and thats when this problem stated.
Any suggestions on this issue.🤔
