2010 Panamera s
When I started my car yesterday day the coolant light came on and it went directly to red. It had been sitting so I don’t k ow what the problem could be. Any suggestions?

If it goes directly to red you have one of two problems:
1.) Low coolant - this should also elicit a "Low Coolant" warning on the right hand side of the dash in the information window
2.) Coolant level sensor failure - you can probably do a diagnostic and get a code for this

not sure if you did it already but, if you haven’t inspect under the hood for the infamous coolant pipe leak/failure under the TB.

Coolant level
Do you know what type of coolant is used in a 2010 Panamera S? Is 50/50 mix or concentrate? Or should I just get the Porsche brand coolant. I may have a leak. How would I see if I have a leak?

I’ve always used the Porsche brand coolant to avoid problems. I would refill and monitor the level. My experience with both the Panamera v6 and v8 is that they have an appetite for coolant so I check it regularly. If it gets too low you get a nasty warning from the dash. Good luck.
