Hello, does anyone know how to fix this button? It got stuck in one direction. I know I have to either replace the whole buttons panel, but I can’t find instructions to do so.

I’ve been told that I need to remove vents, remove radio, remove shifter ****, which I think I can do it... but that’s all the instructions I have. How do I remove the rest?
