Is this noise normal for a lower control arm ball joint?

My 2011 Panamera is making clunking noises again over bumps. All the suspension components, upper control arms, lower control arms, swap bar links and bushings, even both front shocks were replaced by Porsche Redwood City less than 2 years ago due to similar suspension noises. Now the clunk came back and the parts are still under warranty, they are refusing to admit that there's anything wrong with the control arms.
I had to disassemble the suspension myself, found this ball joint on the front lower control arm just flopping around making clunking noises, and the dealership still insists that the control arm is "working fine".
What are your guy's take on this? A working ball joint should be much tighter than this right? I thinking about escalating to Porsche corporate if they don't fix it. Oh and I was charged a $300 diagnostic fee just for them to put the car on a lift and not even bothering to check anything.

No, that is definitely not normal. that thing is shot, a good ball joint is much tighter and harder to move around.
I have a used one laying around that is in better shape than that, could always shoot a vid if you want.
