Front end noise and clunks

Hi There,

I had the noise issue for almost a year and I just found out on insane garage website.

From what I have learnt, i have to replace
1.Upper control arms (both sides)
2.Lower control arms (both sides)
3.Front Sway bar bushings
4.Front sway bar end links

I live in Myanmar where we don't have porsche dealership so I want to know the exact part number for those items i have to order. I don't want to make mistake while ordering so Can you guys help me?

My car is porsche panamera turbo 2011 with pdcc
also i have another question,do i have to replace the whole control arm or bushings only.

thank you so much for your time
kyle

Mine is a 2010 Turbo with PDDC.
Pretty much all these parts are available at suncoast

970-341-243-01
Lower Control Arm Outer Bushing

970-341-241-01
Lower Control Arm Bushing

970-343-793-07
Stabilizer Bar Lower Mount

970-343-792-07
Stabilizer Bar Upper Mount

970-343-069-21
Stabilizer Link

970-341-051-03
ARM BUSHING FRONT UPPER ARM

970-341-245-02
Control Arm Bushing

I recently did all the above in my car, and it totally eliminated ALL creaking & knocking noises.

Also make sure when they are under there to tighten ALL subframe mounts. SOME of mine were loose also.

Non only did it eliminate all the creaking, the car steering feel so much more DIRECT now.

It is amazing you only had to change the bushing not the whole arm. It costs a fortune to change the whole arm.

Thank you so much mr.amgpan

Anyone have these issues on a '15? Wondering at what mileage I may start to notice problems. I have a '15 PGTS. Thx for any info.

I think all these problems were rectified in the 2014 update.

Depends on joint on the arm, if that one is weak and you don't know who could refurbish it for you then you need the whole arm.

for upper arms I would strongly recommend these bushings:

And have a look into these threads:

Are you 100% sure these poly bushings work for the upper arms? Have you tried them and you speak from experience?

Yes I have them installed in my Panny now as custom made blue ones were squeaking in these upper arms and I decided do not make new ones and try these 'siberian' type.
