Reduced engine power

I bought a Panamera 4s 2010 that had a front collision. I have a reduced engine power light that goes on.
I have replaced the world and still can’t find why it has a rough idle and after a bit kicks it in reduced engine power. I have replaced the high-pressure fuel pump and the low pressure fuel pump, the Fuel filter, and a fuel rail sensor, and The water pump and the thermostat and the timing chain and guides and pulled the top head and replaced new value guides and gasket kit. And New Radiator and condenser.

Any ideas!! Thanks in advance!

murci930 is infamous around these parts
Is the car throwing codes? Is the CEL flashing? Your issues sound like sparks/coils, but could be something else like a throttle body, maf, etc.
