i know this is not the forum to place this thread, but no one seems to look at the scheduled events side.

IMPORTANT:
just wanted to let everyone have the update.
it is $285 a person (CASH) if you plan on using credit card it will be $400 to your card and $115 will be given back in cash. it is this way because that is the normal price, but since we are adding the free passes we had for that day it turns out $285 a person for EVERYONE. that is why i suggest bring cash. also it is an additional $22 a person driving or not for all day catering, (no roach coach) nice brazilian BBQ. Thomas will be suppling drinks and Turbo Ron will bring utencils and #.

MEETING:
due to certain circumstances we will be meeting across the street from Lucent in the large parking lot. we will be departing at 6:20 am.

NEED ITEMS:
clothing: warm clothes for the morning and thin stuff for noon (temp: highs 83 degrees. morning temp will be 60) bring sneakers with thin soles so you can feel the gas and brakes.

Sounds good to me. One question, will we be parking across the street or at Lucent behind locked gates. If it is across the street, I will most likely drive my truck.

 

I was thinking about driving my TT up there (to willow springs)? Is that a good idea?

it's a nice drive up and down, but you really get tired from driving all day, i would take advantage of the SUV shuttle. Tyson just flew in last night so i think you could go with him, turbo ron and larry in the Aviator. if peter doesn't bring the Typhoon then i will be lugging the BBQ's in my X-5. if not i will be taking passengers.

Is anyone bringing there GF or Wives. please let us know.

 

Deal breaker is if I have to leave my TT across the street from Lucent....if so, I'll drive her up.
