5/24/08 - Spring BBQ & Track Day @ Dunnville Autodrome

Please read the following "Onyx Syndicate Trackday Handbook" and sign the last page. You won't be allowed on track if you have not read and signed it! Also, pay close attention to the rules - there have been some important changes!

* The handbook is focused toward our bi-weekly track days, but the principles will be the same for this event. Disregard the times in the PDF.
Date, Time & Location:
Dunnville Autodrome
Ontario, Canada
Saturday, May 24th 2008
11am to 7pm-ish

Cost:
$20 for admission & catered lunch IF paid before April 20th. After April 20th or at-the-door, $30.
$100 for admission, catered lunch and at least 4 hours of track time.
Break Down:
- Lunch will be sometime between 1pm and 2pm.
- Bottled drinks will be sold at the event
- Beginner drivers will be able to have the advanced drivers ride-along with them during their sessions.
- Track time will be broken down as follows:
11:00am to 11:30am - A Drivers
11:30am to 12:00pm - B Drivers
12:00pm to 12:30pm - A Drivers
12:30pm to 1:00pm - B Drivers
1:00pm to 2:00pm - Lunch and Drift Session
2:00pm to 6:30pm - OPEN TRACK
6:30pm to close - Drift Demo (S1DC & approved drivers)
*Times may be adjusted during the day for track cleanup or other issues
Unlike BBQ meets of the past, this will be the first one where you'll be able to not only hang out and talk cars, but you'll be able to really drive them as well!
