Hi guys/gals,

Sorry to break it you but I do not feel comfortable going through with the event. I know the notice was too short for many of you but it's proving to be very difficult to get all of the necessary track equipment, insurance, workers, instructors, meals and extras done in time. I don't want to put any of you at risk and I think on my part it was probably just unrealistic to organize such an event with only 7 days. I'm going to be giving each of the seven guys that paid a full refund and a phone call to explain the situation. Please accept my appologies and for the future I'm going to set aside at least 2 months to enable to proper planning. Enthusiasm looks to have gotten the better of me this time

Sorry and let's hope for better next time!

I'm really sorry Ken Being spontenous doesn't always pan out...

The track in fairness was being really good. They got down to 4k for the day but that's without the ambulance, instructors, food etc.. I'll make sure the next one is done right and isn't rushed is all

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh...

Oh well.... thanks for trying Alex. I very much appreciated that you gave it a shot. I was psyching myself up for another weekend of adrenaline rush too.

DOH... I guess I can cancel my 'rush order' on something I ordered for the track day. :-P boohooo hooooooo

Looking forward to the next one though.

Let me know if you need any help with it.

Check out the Video and Pictures from May...

Better sign up fast if you want to go. Groups 3 & 4 are already full for Saturday, but 9/12 is still open for all groups.

Hope to see you all there...

btw... everyone ... remember to cancel your hotel/motel/lodging for the event. I just realized and called them up to cancel. I was about to cancel for 'everyone' since the event was cancelled... but I didn't want to make that assumption that everyone wouldn't still be going down for whatever odd reason.
