Yeah man I would love to have a meet. I would come almost anywhere, but would it cool if i drove something besides the turbo if its too far away? I dont want to put all those miles on the car and get rock chips and what not.

 

Slap some clear film protection on that beast and drive it!

 

I'd drive it...That's what the car is for..you can always get it repainted. They do amazing work now days!

Maybe we can run the Red Beast against your GT just for kicks! I would still take your GT if I had the dough!

 

Ill be there. I already have rock chips from that fabulous 131. Also i like having miles. It keeps that motor running strong. Buddy, maybe we can rent Gingerman for a day???
And the guys can tow there cars there.

I'll bring it if I can..I also really love to drive my 996TT...It is a little more civilized on long rides. (heck, the TT even has cruise control!)

I would not run against your Red Beast..I'm sure you would beat me.<gr> I feel like my "lowly" Stage 4 TT could beat my GT. I am not sure that is completely true, but the "seat of the pants feel" on the TT feels stronger. I can't imagine what your car would be like.

Where in Indiana,? Indianapolis is the only big city would that work for everyone?

 

or South Bend?? This is convenient for Chicago/MI/even Northern OH folks. They can just zip right over on Interstate 80. We could go see Damon at the TireRack..maybe he could arrange something cool for us?

Alternatively, you could come to my house, I have a big yard (40 acres) and a garage with tools, a car wash and soon, I hope, a lift. .. but there would be less to do in Fort Wayne depending when you came.

 

South Bend would be cool for me, not much to do there though. The Tire Rack could be fun. I was thinking about just hanging out to see each others cars, going for a nice drive somewhere and then having a great dinner.

Anyone have thoughts about this?
