Fueling problem
Fueling problem
I would like to know if anyone else has experienced an issue with fueling their 996. I have a 2003 996TT and had great difficulty adding fuel to the car. I was told by Porsche Roadside that it is probably the fuel sensor which is reading the car as full.
I finally was able to add enough fuel to get home. It took me almsot 10 minutes to put in 2 gallons of gas.
If anyone else has experienced this problem, let me know how it turned out.
I am contacting the service dept. tomorrow.
Thanks

rjfb -- I've had the same issue ... haven't really done anything about it as it only happens once in a while, and even then it still let's me put in 9 or 10 gallons ... figure I'll get that taken care of before warranty expires though ... for now it makes me feel better at the pump because the fuel up cost is low
