Dude I wish I had that too. I swear I was acting like a 3 year old... Porsche had better do something similair in terms of DSG for the 997TT. They really have to. That system is the way forward. It really is...

Congrats on getting the shop up. That CS and 997 are hot. Techart along w HRE 542 are my fav on 997. Nice suede interior in 997, any more interior pics?

With regards to F1 gear, it takes 0.15 sec to shift where as tiptronic takes 0.2 sec. With SMG, it takes 0.08 sec. Does anyone know the shift time for DSG? Hope it's as quick as SMG.

 

It really is. What's even cooler is the person driving it. Talk about down to Earth. He was FORCING me and Brian to drive it. And I don't mean baby it either. James is going to get some presents for Santa this year for being a kind boy!

 

Thanks DJantlive it's a lot of fun seeing happy car-freaks all day long! At least I don't feel sick alone... I'll get some pics of the 997 later today. It's like 100 out here and I daren't go outside.

I have a feeling the F1 gear in the Stradale is even faster. It's lightning quick and way different to the F1s I drove in regular 360s. We were in sport mode and a couple of times I swear I was reaching for the clutch... but it shifts so hard, so fast and I could go on. Truly a fine piece of machinery. It's almost too easy to drive. I was nervous for all of 30 seconds but damn...
