Attention all 6speeders:

I just got off the phone with Alex. He and I are extreamly dissappointed to inform everyone that someone stole Alex's laptop and wiring along with a 996 short shifter off the wall. The laptop was taken after 2:00pm. He doesnt know when the SSK was taken. Obviously if anyone saw anything please inform Alex or myself. Alex is more concerned about getting the laptop back. He had alot of information on the laptop including GIAC files. He is looking at over $4000 to replace the laptop, software, and wiring.

Very dissappointing after everything Max RPM did for everyone this weekend.

PS did anyone get a license plate on the black lexus with teh chrome wheels that pulled in around 2:30pm

There were close to a hundred people there Saturday. If everyone chipped in forty bucks, we could come close to covering Alex's loss.

I was there almost to the end. I did not see the lexus. I can't believe that happened. What the hell is wrong with people? I'll ask a couple friends that were there, but don't spend much time on 6speed. Was it the laptop from the dyno?

 

Yes it was. Alex put it on his desk with the wiring modules and PDA. I had just finished talking with Alex and Mike and then when I got in my car that Lexus pulled up. 3 guys got out and asked me how much power I had and then I left.

 

MUCH THANKS to Bruce for putting this thing together. other than the weather, it went off without a hitch and that's a HARD thing to do when you have 30 cars in attendance. It was GREAT to finally meet you all. Vincent, I couldn't agree more! the drive home was HELL! Much respect to Alex and the RPM guys for their hospitality. Cant wait to do it again!!!!

As far as the computer goes I can't believe that happened!!!! Me and a bunch of people were downstairs from 1:00-3:30 or so watching DYNO stuff. I didn't even see the damn Lexus... I am sorry Alex I would be happy to help out

There must have been a misunderstanding. I spoke with Lee today and he said the Supra never came down to the dyno. Lee said they were able to get all the cars that wanted to, on to the dyno.
