How does next weekend sound to everyone as a first meet? Sunday the 27th... We can try Riverside Square Mall on Rt4 to start and then get feedback from everyone if that makes a good location. I am thinking of a early morning meet around 9ish so people can get breakfast at the restaurants in the mall if they like. Post up if you are going to come.... or post if you can't, but have interest.

just a quick FYI the restaurants at that mall dont open till 11am for lunch (at least thats when houstons opens)...should we make it for a bit later than 9?

im there for sure and down for whatever time...i can roll out of bed and land there

 

sorry, but I have no idea where Riverside Mall is. Can you post directions pls? Its probably best to start a new thread with timing and location.

I think a better place 2 meet is where we meet in edgewater before we had the cruise on the 13th..... Its a nice big parkinglot

Across rt. 4 from Riverside is the Coachouse Diner, pretty good too. If it's an awesome breakfast you want, not far from R.S. on Grand ave. is Jackson Hole, the best breakfast around.
Rt. 4 to Grand ave, (towards Englewood) 1/2 mile on left is J.H.

Riverside square sounds good. The meet on the 13th was tremendous

 

OK Guys... less than 1 week away and I would like to just get some feedback about the location once again. The two locations proposed are Riverside Square Mall and Edgewater Starbucks. Both locations seem good for most people. However, Cheese Cake Factory at Riverside Square doesn't open until 10am for breakfast. I am not sure if that makes a difference for most people but I wanted to make everyone aware. Houstons doesn't open until noon. The restaurants at Riverside Square open a bit late for it to be a good spot and the restaurants surrounding the area will make this meeting place a awkwared venue since people will have to split off to grab a bite....

The good thing about Starbucks is that it is open very early and is a bit closer to our NYC peeps. Plus everyone already knows where this is and there are just as many good restarurants surrounding that area.

So in Short we have two options as of now.... Please post up which one you would prefer and we will call it by Thursday this week! As long as the weather holds we are doing it this Sunday Aug 27th @ 9am!!!!!!!!

My Vote: Edgewater Starbucks... ( I NEED coffee in the morning...LOL)

 

a nother vote for edgewater! have you gotten any other"groups" involved (eg ferrarichat, lambopower, rennlist, etc etc)?
