EPL 1.0 bar K24/18g Dyno #'s

I have had this setup for about 2 months now. All I can say is I am very impressed with the EPL tune and many thanks to Tony. Car runs great and can keep up with other cars with more stuff and boost , beats tuned GTR's and tuned Z06's, 600 cc bikes etc....

Thanks to Al at CPT, excellent shop and highly recommend them for those in Chicago area. I went from K16 flash to K16/16g to k24/18g in 3 months...i think I am finally satisfied!

My setup:

K24/18G ( Thanks to Titan Motorsports , Great service and unbeatable price!)
1 Bar file running 93 Octane
Milltek Catless Exhaust
5 Bar FPR
Stock Clutch

Dyno pulls were done on a Dynodynamics Dyno which is one of the lowest reading dyno out there. Temperature was in 60's if i remember right.

Now i have no idea what it will feel like with 1.3 bar race gas tune!!...

Just like I always said the most conservative dyno in US. Great numbers with a 1.0bar file!!!

Thanks man. I am barely making 13 psi on this dyno pull...i know this would be more like 530-540 awhp on a mustang dyno and even higher on dynojet.

I dont know for how long, but i know someone who has stock clutch and protomotive 18g car for 2 years. It all depends on the condition of the clutch, mileage and how its driven.

Mine i am beating the s### out of it everyday. That's what these cars are made for...its fun

I guess the AFR shows close to 12.8 which makes sense with pump file. The psi looks like it jumped from 13.0 to almost 15.0 aroud 5800rpm, any reason for this? Just curious.

I think you are referring to AFR. The AFR is between 11 and 12 most of power band.
The probes fell off the exhaust tail pipes... we redynoed it, looked fine , but never bothered to get those files back.

af is around 11.8 and then it looks like the wideband was blown out of the tailpipe...

Boost holds nearly dead flat at 1.0

Reverse the axises on the graph and it will make sence!

Very nice results.

Very strong car indeed. Just a little faster then my 335i was. LOL, totally kidding. Vinod's car is a real beast. He's a great stick driver too. Vinod needs to turn the boost up to 1.3 with race gas and see what that bad boy does.

Hurry up with the new clutch and lets get that thing on the track!

Thanks. I am happy with the power for now. When the clutch goes i will do the injectors and then turn up the boost to 1.3 bar. I am at 89% Inj duty cycle now.

But the higher boost truly shines only in race gas, most of the time car will pull timing if running on high boost on 93 oct.

Yeah and i want that EPL GT2000 kit as well

Very nice power for 1bar!!! My guess is your clutch, IF stock, will NOT last very long. That kind of power is good for 6.9-7.2 60-130's...now get out there...
