The Porsche is a 1988 944 Turbo, 65K miles and records back to 42 miles. Buying the 2007 Vantage recently gave me an all gray car garage. Nothing fancy about my garage as it is a working garage. It has made retirement enjoyable.
Since it was in my garage.... I had a bunch of people visiting this weekend for my housewarming, including the couple I bought my Aston from 4.5 yrs ago - they brought this little guy up from Tampa! 1965 Porsche 356C
If Timodc sees this... you should've stayed a little longer because we ended up swapping keys!

I wish my garage had ceilings that high. Looks very cool. I like your Vantage as well.

The first photo is of the house when we bought it. I had the original builder add on the other garage. It was built with 12'4" high ceilings because of the lift. To do that and meet code, it was built with 2'x6" sidewalls. Special rafters give me a 9'x30' attic space with a drop down stairs. It has worked out well.

Love that photo!! My wife and I used to do track days in an E-Production 356 and I had a 1962 356B for awhile. My wife is driving the E-Production car at Grattan Raceway in Grattan, Michigan.
It was definitely cool to drive. Oldest thing I've driven, too. The other most "quirky" car I've driven was an 80's (1986?) Alfa Romeo Quattrofolio. Funny enough, same owner lol.

Back in the sixties the Army decided I needed to spend 26 months in Germany. While there I owned a 1956 VW which is the oldest car I have driven. I had never been around foreign cars before so it was all new to me. A much younger me is in the driver's seat and my Army buddy Rick is standing in front of the car in the other photo.
I arrived in June of '65 so the 911 was in its second year of production alongside 356's that were in their last year of production. One of the first things I had to do after I arrived was to get an Army driver's license as I had to travel as far as 100 miles to do maintenance on Army air base ground radio's. I got the license on a morning that my sergeant and I had to pick up some parts in Frankfurt, about 50 miles south on the Autobahn. He told me to drive so I could experience Autobahn driving.
As we approached Frankfurt, the traffic thickened and both lanes were full. Directly ahead of me was a 911 and directly ahead of the 911 was a C2 Corvette. The 911 wanted to get around that Vette in the worst way. He was juking left and right looking for an opening. At one point, the Corvette driver happened to be to the left side of the passing lane while the car in the slower lane was all the way to the right. Down the middle went the 911!! That was my introduction to Autobahn driving!! I will never forget it!!!
