Focus RS pretty much spoken for the first year, prices a little high IMO so I'm waiting. Biggest issue I see is the drivetrain is supposedly rated for about the power level they ship with. So, they may break and upgrades could be a real problem - I'm waiting to see. Turbo 4-door AWD daily might be nice and could replace 2 cars for me. If prices aren't reasonable enough I'll do CTS-V or TTRS and stay home when it snows lol.
Oh, I'd kill for an Exige! But Elise are fragile, bump that nose and repair is a huge issue so that scares me and it's pretty impractical too
Noble, now that's thinking outside of the box! I don't know the prices these days, but a Rossion Q1 is another option. Basically an M400 with better fit and finish
Audi RS4 B7 - JHM supercharged and all the goodies
C5 Vette Z06 (don't hate, I actually like the notchback C5s) - heavily modified, ideally twin turbo.
CTSV - Same as above
LSX FD Rx-7 - same as above
Rotary FC or FD Rx-7 - modded but try to keep the engine together, maybe 400-450 whp. I miss my old setup with 400hp and a big Holset turbo. (Pic included)
Ariel Atom - have not looked at prices on these but I think a used one can be had for close to 996tt prices.
Viper - childhood dream car. I drove a 3rd gen SRT10 a few times when I worked at an exotic car dealership. Loved it, but I was also 20 years old. I'll have one some day, but it will be a weekend car.
Factory Five Cobra Replica - another childhood dream. I've always said one of these will be my mid-life crisis car. I'd like to do a resto-mod style. Fuel injected LSX, modern suspension and brakes.
