Aston seems to use the "Herbies" plastic hose clamps all over the place.



HCL makes a tool to remove these, but I'm wondering if anyone has a technique that works without damaging the clamp and without the special tool.

I use a pair of flat head screwdrivers to pry them open. Inelegant at first, but once you get the technique down it's pretty easy.
