Has anyone tried a t-clamp on the charge/Y-pipe coupler? Any idea what size that is?

I use this style for the intercoolers. They work well.

These are the narrow beveled ones like OEM that you will want to use if possible. They will fit down in the grooves. Good luck.

I use them top and bottom of the coolers and on the turbo inlets. For the plenum only the thin ones like rock showed will work and the throttlebody hose I use wide high torque ones. I just bought new ones when I did them.
As far as how tight.... really tight and I go over the grooved area. Usually when all the rings stop spinning your good. Size wise I just matched up the old ones but I think they were around 2".

I have a spare y-pipe/throttle body coupler so I did some quick measurements. You can see the outer circumference for the y-pipe end as well as the throttle body end here -- just under 30 cm and 35 cm, respectively. The outer diameter (not pictured) is 4" and 4.5".

Absolutely.

Breeze fully-lined constant torque clamps are the best I've found. I've had too many boost hoses blow off with T-Bolt clamps.

The T-Bots are too wide,... so they don't sit in-between the groove of the turbo. Instead they sit on top of the ridges,.. and allow your hoses to blow off.

The Breeze constant torque ones are the correct width,.. and the thing that looks like a stack of washers is really a spring. It allows the boost-pipes to expand and contract, while still maintaining the correct clamping force at all times.
