Anyone know how to remove these 2 pieces on the bottom of the OEM spoiler where it attaches to the rams? I'm out of ideas...

Good question, they might be epoxied in? Why do you want them out?

Well i got it off... things i learned:

They use a ton of loctite on the thread. It takes a ton of force... we messed with it for awhile before it finally came free...

The bolt is soft metal the hex shape at the bottom will likely become rounded.

Probably best to let a bodyshop handle this honestly...

So you can use a hex head socket to twist it out?

Just looking for the info in case I get a customer that needs to move the bushings over to an aftermarket wing. What size hex wrench was the socket? I know these parts are NOT available from the dealer, at least the similar part for a 996 turbo. We have to custom make them.

Yeah, Porsche doesn't sell them as separate parts for some reason.

It was a 6 I believe. However the metal is very soft and with the torque needed to break it free, it rounded very easily. After rounding almost completely I think we actually got it removed with a star shaped torx bit.
