Wonderful news Last I'd heard were not yet available.

Well, as stated we can supply the AMR parts at $3095 or the VAP parts for $3495. Essentially the same thing but one with a higher quality, lighter flywheel.

We obviously haven't gone and run 10's of thousands of miles on a dozen cars to see what happens, but for a clutch that is original equipment in the 600BHP GT12, it should last a lot longer in the V8V.

One of my question marks on the AMR unit, which I would need to see one in person to answer, is regarding the overall height of the clutch pack. It appears to be the same darker cover on the clutch pack to the one used in the GT4 Race Car clutch. That clutch cover/pack has a shorter overall thickness. Incidentally the Audi R8 uses the same cover, so theoretically you could put that clutch pack into the cars as well.

The question is, does that shorter clutch pack height also correspond to thinner friction plate facings?

Of course it will increase life, it hold's up to the abuse of a lot more power of the V12.
