Actually looking at it, the part number is the same.

The parts catalog is available on Porsches website.

Still haven't gotten around to doing this so I am going to end up bringing it to a shop once I get a quote. Just don't have time to DIY

Anyway, I've purchased the brake pads (front & rear) and I've purchased the caliper bolts for the rear. The only other items I believe are the damping plate and wear sensors.

I'm going to talk to the shop and see if they will just reuse the damping plates (shouldn't be a problem right?) or wear sensors, but they did say that they like to replace the wear sensors. When I google the sensor part number (99761275400) I get a few options. Some of them are charging $11 but Sonnen is charging $31? What is causing that huge price difference and am I safe just buying the $11? How many do I need to purchase (assuming 1 sensor per wheel @ 4?).

I replaced my brake pads last weekend. Very easy. I bought the brake pad wear sensors from rockauto.com. The fronts were $8 each and the rears were $12 each. I’m glad I bought them because they are fragile and 2 broke upon removal.

How many sensors per wheel? 1? So I'll need to buy 2 front and 2 rears?

There is a sensor for each brake pad. 2 in the front and 2 in the back (they are then split into 2 - one for each brake pad). The front and back have different length wires so they are not interchangeable.

From UROParts, could you let me know the part # you ordered and how many quantities of each?

One sensor part per wheel. Each sensor has two tails that run to each pad. 4 parts needed in total
