found the instructions on aliexpress and some likely knockoffs after I already ordered my factory saphire blue Key cover.
Simply snap valet key out. Then pull on the inside cover of the key cap laterally out and down. It’s firm and will snap off. Much easier then previous gen keys. Reverse to pop the cover on. The hazy pic is from aliexpress where I found a partially covered photo of the instructions
