Rotor and pad for daily driving...

Is there anything superior for daily driving on the street than OEM pads and rotors? I do not like squeal....so I will just throw that out there as the only thing I can't live with.

for cost, I'd run sebro or Zimmerman rotors. Quality is just as good as oem but just over half the cost. Can get from pelican parts. For pads, hawk hps are affordable as well. The same or a.tiny bit better stopping power of.the oem pads and don't squeal or make noise. Also cheaper than the oem pads.

+1 for Hawk HPS pads. They have excellent balance.

Also +1 for the HPS - we've heard nothing but good things about them from our customers and forum members. Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can assist with any part needs.

I agree with the above.

I did the Hawk HPS on the recommendation of a few here and mostly my local tech. No squeal,.. dust not worse than stock (perhaps a hint better?). Better initial bite,.. but still very nice on the street.

I did EBWerks 2-piece rotors at the same time. http://ebwerks.com/models-996997.html Zink coated,. I did the fish-hook looking slots. Kinda wish I did the drilled holes as they look cooler,.. and I have different rotors and Pagid RS29 pads for track.

The 4 rotors saved a total of 14 lbs.
