I do have a spare MAF btw, it just acts up throwing P0102 maf code and then P1507 (I was confused on your P0507). Idle was not stable, car restarted, PSM ABS lights off and performs normal again, I am lost anyway.
gave ya what i had. problem is ( vis a vis diagnosing ) is obd codes are often generic and LEAD to "causes", as opposed to actual pinpointing. again, my TB related codes ended up being just a bad MAF. GL with it!
Indeed the 01-05 996tt and like year boxster use the same identical throttle body.
If if you look here you will notice that the 996tt tb’s all have 986 as first part code number. Mysteriously the boxster part code looks nothing like this. I just ordered a “boxster” tb from Auto Atlanta this week. I will post pictures of new vs old.
