Check out this recent installation of 3M Scotchgard Pro Series Paint Protection Film (clear bra) on a 2018 GT3. The installation was done by 3M certified installer - Sun & Shade of the Philadelphia metro area. Check out their website at http://www.sunandshade.net/. Anyone in the Philadelphia area needing clear bra for their Porsche should contact Rick at Sun & Shade (484-866-8658). Be sure to ask about 3M's optional paint guarantee whereby if the film were to fail, 3M will pay up to $3500 to repair the paint damage.
Do have any close up pics? I've been looking for a clear bra installer and I wasn't sure if 3M Certified was the way to go. I've heard different opinions :P
Sun & Shade, the installer, sent me those pics. That's all I have. However, there are more pics on their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/3MTintppf/).
I think it's a good idea to use a certified installer. This way you know that 3M is ultimately providing the warranty to the film. Also, be sure to ask your certified installer about 3M's optional paint warranty. 3M will pay up to $3500 to have your car's paint fixed in the event the film fails - and isn't that why someone buys a clear bra in the first place?
And if you would like to learn about how 3M's film is different than Xpel or SunTek, check this out: https://www.ppffilm.com/why-3m.
