The machine's capabilities far exceed my own, and I doubt I'll ever outgrow it, which was a deciding factor when choosing it.

I bought the tubing bing from a local shop that bends tubing and builds exhausts for commercial trucks.

I made a saw jig to position the crossover tubes for cutting. I need all four to be exactly the same, so I bought some cheap Descato-style clamps and welded them to a piece of 3" C-channel. The clamps were covered in zinc, which is nasty stuff to weld. I stripped off as much as I could, but it was still present, resulting in gross welds.

Momma told me to stop working on it so we could go on vacation, so I'll to get back to it when I return.
